What can't I advertise?

The following are not allowed on the Mongolian Viber inventory:

• Adult content, pornography, escort services.
• Tobacco, vaping, illicit drugs.
• Gambling and betting services unlicensed in Mongolia.
• Unlicensed pharmaceuticals, miracle-cure claims and unregistered medical devices.
• Hate speech, content targeting protected groups, political smear campaigns.
• Scams, get-rich-quick schemes, unverifiable financial products.

Industries that need extra review

• Alcohol — allowed only to audiences 25+, no misleading claims.
• Loans, BNPL and other regulated financial products — proof of license required.
• Healthcare and supplements — must follow Mongolian advertising law.

What happens if my ad violates a rule?

The admin reviewer rejects it with a written reason and your payment is refunded automatically. You can edit and resubmit as a new campaign.
