How do I reach support?

Email support@callpro.mn. Include your campaign URL or ID if possible.

I paid but the campaign is still PENDING_PAYMENT.

Stripe webhooks can take a few seconds to confirm. Reload the page after a minute — if it is still stuck, contact support and we'll reconcile manually.

My upload keeps failing.

The most common cause is the wrong image size or video duration. Check the upload box for the exact specs of the placement you picked. The browser tells you the exact mismatch before sending the file.

I forgot my password / changed email.

Use Forgot password. To change the email on an existing account, contact support — we will verify ownership and migrate the account.

Reporting numbers look off.

Reports are uploaded daily. If you still believe a number is wrong after 48 hours, mail support with the campaign ID and the date in question.
