How long can a campaign run?

Up to 7 days, measured from the start date you choose.

What is the minimum budget?

$100 for image and video ads, $600 for message ads. The maximum budget for image/video is $2,000.

How is the start date set?

You request a start date in step 3. The admin who approves your campaign confirms the date — once approved, the ad goes live at 08:00 (Ulaanbaatar time) on that day. If you check Start as soon as approved it launches the moment review completes.

Can I edit a campaign after paying?

No. Once Stripe confirms payment, the campaign is locked. Plan carefully on the review screen before you pay.

Can I cancel a campaign?

Before payment — yes, use the Delete button. After payment — contact support; depending on the case the team may reject the ad and refund the payment.
