How can I set-up my first campaign?

Step 1: Choose one or multiple ads packages in your targeted country within the Marketplace page.

Decide what you want your campaign to achieve. Options include promoting a product or service, driving traffic to your website, or increasing awareness about your business. You can review the available ads package here . To select an ads package:

  • Click on the “+” “Add to Shortlist” button appearing on the right side corner of each package
  • Click on the “Add to Plan” button to move to the next step.  

Step 2: Set dates and budget to define the scope of your campaign:

  • Duration: Choose how long your campaign should run (days, weeks, or longer).
  • Budget: Set the amount you want to spend. You can always start small and scale up later, Ads Manager campaign minimum budget being $100.00.

Step 3: Set additional audience targeting

  • Audience: gender & age group
  • Geography: by region and by cities, available for your predefined country

Step 4: Purchase your campaign

Once everything looks good, hit “Book”, and follow the next steps to purchase your campaign with a valid credit card.

Step 5: Upload your creative

To check our ads specs, please visit our Creative Guidelines.

Once your campaign and creatives have been approved by our Ads Manager team, your campaign will be going live automatically.

Please refer to your account settings for supported currency based on your region.

What are the minimum and maximum campaign budgets?
Campaigns must meet a minimum spend of $100. The maximum budget is $3,000 per campaign.

Can I launch CPC or CPA campaigns on Ads Manager?
Ads Manager is only allowing you to buy on a CPM model. Our ad server will optimize your campaign automatically to ensure maximum visibility, while maximizing the performance of your campaign.

What can I do if I have some custom needs?
For specific needs, such as custom targeting, restricted vertical, specific placements needs, please contact our Advertising Sales team at: advertisers@forbusiness.viber.com

Our Advertising Sales team will be able to accommodate your potential demand against a minimum campaign commitment of $3000.00.

How long does it take for a campaign to be reviewed?
Most campaigns are reviewed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday), though complex cases may take up to 3 business days.

What should I do if my ad is rejected?
You’ll receive a reason for rejection along with recommendations. You can revise and resubmit your ad for review. The Ads Manager team will be able to refund your campaign if no improvement can be operated.

What can I edit prior to submitting my campaign?
You can edit all the aspects of your campaign draft before your campaign submission:

  • adding extra ads packages for the same country or for other countries,
  • updating your total budget and your campaign flight date,
  • adjusting your campaign budget per each ads package,
  • updating your audience targeting for each ads package.

Can I edit a campaign after it has been submitted or when it is already live?
After submission, you will be able to update your targeting for campaign dates, audience and creative. However, you won’t be able to add a new ads package, or update your campaign budget. Your budget being attached to the campaign, you won’t be able to transfer any unspent budget to another campaign, or update the distribution of your budget among your existing ads package, if multiples.

Is it possible to invite a team member to help me manage my ad campaign?
Yes, it is very easy to invite someone to join your account, supporting your ads campaign management. To do so:

  1. Go to your Ads Manager in the People & Team section



     
  2. Click on “Add People” button



     
  3. Type the email address of the people you want to invite, select the role you would like to give them (Admin, Campaign manager), custom your invitation email and send
