What sizes are supported?

• Image — App placement: 208×208 px, PNG/JPG, ≤1 MB.
• Image — Call placement: 300×250 px, PNG/JPG, ≤1 MB.
• Video: 300×250 px, MP4, ≤15 s, ≤30 MB.

What if my file is the wrong size?

The upload box will refuse it and tell you the exact mismatch (for example "Image must be exactly 208×208px, you uploaded 256×256"). Resize and try again — there is no auto-cropping.

Why no WEBP or animated formats?

Viber's Mongolian ad units accept PNG, JPG and MP4 only. WEBP is allowed only as an attachment on message ads.

How long are the texts?

• App banner — headline 20, description 25, CTA 15.
• Call banner & video — headline 25, description 80, CTA 15.
• Sponsored message — body 1000, CTA 15.
