What is the payment model for Viber Ads Manager?
Viber Ads Manager operates on a pre-pay model. Advertisers are required to add funds before launching a campaign.

Monthly post-payment billing can be accepted for media agencies only, following a manual internal consultation.

What are the accepted currencies?
Viber Ads Manager is compatible with the following currencies: AUD, CHF, EUR, GBP, PHP, USD. Advertisers can update their currency settings anytime in their profile page.

How do I update my billing information?
Billing information can be updated in your Account Settings under the “Billing” tab.

How can I receive an invoice after purchasing my campaign?
After purchasing your campaign, you will automatically receive an online receipt. In case you need a specific invoice format, including Tax Id or VAT for instance, please submit your request to: invoices@viber.com

Can I get a refund if my campaign is not approved?
If a campaign is rejected and no impressions have been served, you may be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.
