How do I track the performance of my campaigns?
Performance data is accessible through your performance dashboard, within your campaign page. It includes impressions, clicks, CTR, spend, and more. You can also retrieve detailed campaign statistics from the following link: Campaign Reporting.

How does Viber Ads Manager optimize my campaigns?
Viber Ads Manager uses Google Ads Manager (GAM) ad server to optimize delivery automatically based on:

  • Creative optimization: Displays the best-performing creative when multiple assets are uploaded.
  • Impression allocation: Prioritizes placements that drive the best results, especially in bundle packages.
  • Budget pacing: Uses frontloading to maximize campaign success over its lifetime.

How can I optimize my campaign? 
You can optimize your campaign through multiples ways:

  • update the audience targeting of your live ads package: gender, age group, region & city, frequency cap
  • add further creatives, which we will optimize to best performing.

However, you won’t be able to add a new ads package to your campaign, or update your campaign budget. Your budget being attached to the campaign, you won’t be able to transfer any unspent budget to another campaign, or update the distribution of your budget among your existing ads package, if multiples.

If you want to test extra ad packages, you will need to create a new campaign for this.

Can I pause or stop a campaign or an ad product?
Yes, the platform allows you to pause or stop your campaign or an ad product at any time, by updating the campaign or the ad product status.
