Who can register?

Anyone — agencies, brands and individuals. There is no application or approval step before signing up.

Do I have to verify my email?

Yes. A verification link is sent the moment you register. Until you click it you cannot create a campaign.

Can I use Google to sign in?

Yes. Click Sign in with Google on the login page. A Viber account is created automatically the first time you do this.

I lost my password.

Use the Forgot password link on the login page. A reset email is sent within a minute; the link is valid for one hour.
