Viber Ads Manager-т нэвтрээд дээд цэснээс Campaigns хэсгийг сонгоно. New campaign товчийг дарж шинэ кампанит ажил үүсгэнэ. Кампанит ажлын нэр, огноо, төсөв, targeting, креативаа дараалан бөглөнө.
How To Start A Campaign
Login to your Viber Ads Manager account and select the Campaigns tab on the top navigation bar.
Click the New campaign button.
This will open the Campaign Creation page.
Next, follow the prompts to complete each of the five campaign creation steps:
- Campaign Details
- Targeting
- Placements
- Creatives
- Review & Book
1 – Campaign Details
Fill in all appropriate information:
- Campaign Name: enter a friendly name so you can recognise this campaign later on
- Start Date & End Date: you will be able to modify those later on
- Budget: total amount you plan to spend (it can also be modified later on)
If not already specified, enter the Industry Vertical for the products being advertised. This is for categorisation and reporting purposes only.
If you’re an agency representing other brands, create or select a Client and a Brand to identify the advertiser.
Use the 5-steps navigation bar at the top of your screen, or click Next Up at the bottom of the screen to proceed to the next step.
2 – Targeting
By default, your campaign will target your own country as defined in your user profile. Other targeting options include Geography, Demographics and Audience Segments.
If you want to add further targeting to your campaign:
- Expand the targeting type options on the left side of the screen
- Navigate into the desired folders
- Make your selections by clicking on the + sign
Selected targeting will appear in the Your Selections panel on the right side of the screen.
When ready, proceed to the next step.
3 – Placements
Next, select one or more placements to add to your campaign.
- Click on the Placement name to see more details about a format.
- Click on the + icon to select a placement
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 for as many placements as you want.
Your budget will be automatically added to the selected placement. If more than one formats are added, the budget is split equally between them. You can click on the budget value to manually adjust it.
A summary of your total budget, booked ad impressions and estimated clicks will appear at the bottom of the screen. If you need granular control of dates and targeting for your placements, click Try Advanced Planning link on the bottom of the screen.
When you’re happy with your placements and budget, click Next Up to proceed.
4 – Creatives
Now it is time to upload your ads.
A Draft tile will appear for each selected format. Click on one of them to enter your first ad.
On the next screen, fill in all the details for your ad, including uploading banner or video files as required.
Use the Creative Preview panel to review your ad and test the destination URL.
If desired, add any UTM tracking parameters to your destination URL or impression and click tracker URLs.
Once your ad is ready, click Send to submit it.
Repeat the same process for all formats. If you have multiple ads for a single format, click on the + sign next to the format to add a new variation.
When you finish submitting all your ads, click Next Up to progress.
Review & Book
This is the final step before your campaign can go live.
- Review your plan details: placement(s), targeting, flight dates.
- Review your total budget.
- Optionally, write a message if you have any questions or want to add any observation.
- Click Book & Pay.
- On the next screen, enter your payment details to checkout. Make sure you don’t navigate away or close your browser window before the payment is processed and you receive a confirmation message.
That’s it!
Your campaign will be reviewed by the Viber Ads Manager team and will go live automatically.
