You can use our "Message" tool to directly contact publishers, send attachments and/or see timestamped communications and optimizations. To access, click into your desired campaign from within the "Campaigns" tab of the top navigation. Once inside a campaign, click on the “Message” tab within the campaign navigation bar.

Using the list menu in the top left, you can select "Rakuten Viber" to communicate with the publisher.

In this list, you will also find the Internal Inbox. Use the Internal Inbox to communicate with your team. These messages will not be seen by the publisher.

To send a message, simply type your message in the message box and choose “Send.” You can also send attachments by selecting “Attach file.”

Quick Tips

  • If the publisher sends you a message, you will receive an email notification with details of the message. Click on “View Details” to be redirected to the Viber Storefront platform to reply.

  • The Inbox tab keeps a timestamped record of all your communications with the publisher, providing an easy audit trail for you and your team.

  • Messages show the name and initials of the specific user from both your account and the publisher account who sent the message.

  • All campaign plans, revisions, or versions are also saved in the Inbox tab. You can see an audit trail of when a plan was submitted, changed, or signed off in the Inbox and you can view the details for each version by selecting “Expand.”

  • The Inbox can also be used to get further detail on the publisher’s products, sites, audiences, compliances with campaign requirements, etc.
