Paying or deleting an unpaid campaign

Once payment has been confirmed, a campaign cannot be edited or paused from the dashboard. Plan carefully before you check out.

Before payment (DRAFT / PENDING_PAYMENT)

Open the campaign from the dashboard. Two actions are available:

• Pay — re-opens Stripe Checkout.
• Delete — removes the campaign entirely.

After approval (LIVE / APPROVED / COMPLETED)

Edits are not available. If you need a change, contact support — depending on the situation the team may reject and refund the ad so you can resubmit a corrected version.

Rejected ads

If an admin rejects your campaign, the rejection reason is shown on the campaign page and your payment is refunded automatically through Stripe.
